Location: My indoor & outdoor yoga studio (1391 Jefferson Ave. St. Paul, MN)
Details: Each 60-minute session begins with a centering-in which includes breathwork
and guided meditation and ends with a relaxing savasana which includes
aroma therapy and meditative music.
Method of instruction is alignment-based & heart-centered, aimed at
building strength, increasing flexibility, and most importantly:
getting you out of your thinking brain and into your body.
Expect slower pacing and longer holds. Appropriate for all levels and abilities.
Join a close-knit community of women! Class size is 3 – 5 people. Benefit from personalized attention to your practice.

Special Instructions: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. You’ll need to fill out a waiver if it’s your first time practicing with me. All levels welcome.
