I’m a mother, wife, dog mom, sister, daughter, friend, family communications director, activities planner, schedule sorter out-er, cooker & cleaner….(you get the picture LOL). 

Yoga & meditation is how I combat the crazy busyness of my modern life. It’s a special time in my day when I’m allowed to make myself a priority. It’s a conversation with my body that I look forward to having each and every day. 

Yoga has taught me that who I am is enough. That I deserve as much kindness as I give others. It has taught me to trust my body, to listen to my body, to love my body.

And I’m THRILLED to be able to share the wonder of yoga with other women!
