Your body is your home. For your ENTIRE life. Think of all the amazing things it can do—climb mountains, tie shoes, dance the macarena, float in the ocean, chew really tough meat…and hello!?


Don’t you want to treat it with the utmost care, respect, and kindness?

And it all starts by listening to what your body is telling you.

Simple, right? …except your whole life you’ve been conditioned to think and do otherwise.

As young girls, you’re often taught:

  • Your Worth is in Your Weight, so you Ignore Hunger and Satiety Signals

  • To Restrict Calories And To Only Eat “Healthy” Foods Instead Of What Your Body Craves

  • To Push Through Pain, Stress, And Overwhelm Instead Of Resting Your Mind And Body

TRUTH: Your body is a well-oiled machine with all the proper sensors and gauges that give you all the information that you need to keep yourself healthy.

As your personal health coach, it’s my mission to
reconnect you to what already exists within.

To do this, we need to address 3 areas:






Mindful Awareness

How you THINK and TALK to yourself, what you FEED
your body, and how you MOVE your body matters a lot.

Health and weight are NOT the same thing. (You can be healthy at any size.)

Dieting is one of the worst things you can do to your body.

(It completely disconnects you from your body’s intuitive messaging.)

You don’t need to “earn” your food through exercise

(You deserve to eat every day. Even if you don’t go to the gym.)

Often what’s holding you back from reaching your health goals is not nutrition or lack of exercise, it’s a chaotic, go-go-go lifestyle. (Sometimes rest is best.)

What to expect:

All coaching is based on a whole person change model, meaning learning to both accept yourself exactly as you are (radical acceptance), yet also striving for realistic and sustainable changes to your health. Curriculum closely follows the principles of intuitive eating , meaning NO food restriction. It’s about finding peace with your relationship to food & exercise.

It’s about you learning to listen to
and trust your body again.

During your 90-minute 1:1 initial assessment, we’ll determine what your health goals are and assess any potential roadblocks, and I’ll design a customized program for you.

Each live coaching session begins with breathwork and centering-in followed by a brief accountability check-in before diving into your health topic of choice.
